Serial Number data for [email protected] ( IBM 03584L32 ):
           Library:
                      Serial Number : 0000078150240401
                      SCSI-3 Device Identifiers:

It's look serial number and address was right. But i confused about
[email protected] , why netapp device detected on solaris and why not IBM drive ,
if we look from inquire total IBM drive only 5 and 1 missing.

Thanks,
Ali

  Hi Ali,

There seems to be a drive sequence problem. Check and compare the outputs of
"inquire" and "sjisn [email protected]" (Bus.Target.Lun #s of the jukebox robot).
Compare drive path, serial number of drives and element address.

If drive path is wrong, it is possible for NetWorker to issue control
commands to a wrong drive and expect the other one to perform the operation!

  Regards
  Shyam
