If you have been watching the list or if you check the archives you will
see there have been MANY ISSUES with 7.3.0.

I would evaluate if it would not be prudent to go back to 7.1.1 and wait
for the release of 7.3.1 rumored to be out sometime in JUNE. Then if you
would like to be on the bleeding edge, migrate to 7.3.1 and let us know
how that goes.
