nsr_shutdown on this version ends with a kill -9 anyway, so it won't be doing
anything different to what you're doing. What processes are remaining, and
when do you interrupt the shutdown process? Or is it simply that the
nsr_shutdown script isn't executable or similar?

Cheers,

Stuart.

Hi all,

Networker start/stop and nsr_shutdown script does not work on sun 5.9 backup
server with alphastor and acsls which are controlling a silo. I have to kill
the networker processes always.

Does anyone to meet a problem like this?

Environment:
Backup server v:7.1.3 (421)
Sun OS v:5.9
Alphastor v:3.0.4
acsls v:7.0

Thanks.

Turhan
