Look on the EMC web site. Everything's been moved around since the
transition of legato.com to emc.com, but there should be an error
manual there.
In terms of the error message you just cited, does that problem
happen with different tape cartridges and/or different tape drives?
You might have a bad tape cartridge, tape drive, or a dirty tape
drive, or perhaps a misconfigured driver for that particular device.
