Option 4:

Add the NW server to the group with the retention time you want.  So
that you don't back up the NW server an extra time, set up this instance
to do a level "skip" each day.

OK, but I'm not sure I understand why this group is giving me problems.
I
had the same configuration for a different group of clients, and it
didn't
do this before.  Can you explain where the index/bootstrap is getting
the
retention policy of Decade?

Regardless, if there is a workaround, I'm game.  Option 1 doesn't sound
appealing, because I'd like to have the index backup.  Option 2 doesn't
really work for me with the way I have pools set up.  Option 3 seems OK,
but
how is this done, and is there any downside?
