Thanks for the advise,

We decide to go with Replistor and backup on tape at the central site 
(many to one configuration). The only problem remaning is: how to deal 
with DR, we have to find a way to recover the Windows configuration 
information (share and print info)like Networker usaly do for DR. I will 
post the final solution when we solve this.
