unfortunately you've done things the wrong way around. the clients must
never be up-rev of the server.
it's quite alright to have clients down-rev, so you probably should back
out the change until after the upgrade...

I've been in the process of upgrading all our Windows clients to 7.3

Any idea about what the problem is? All these clients worked properly
before
the change, there aren't any license problems because I have the
enablers
for cluster clients. The problem is related to the upgrade to the 7.3
version.
