Hello Michael,

The easiest solution is to login to the Exchange Server under the same
username as that which was used for the backup, when you wish to recover.
If that account had the privileges for backup, then it will for recover as
well.

More accurately, you need to login to an account that has the Send_As and
Receive_As privileges for the Exchange Server.

hello all- trying to restore an exchange mailbox and received the
following errors in the client nsrxchrc.log:

[4608]  Opening restore session with server...
[4608]  mapi(1035): OpenMsgStore() = 0x8004011d: The attempt to log on
to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed. (Microsoft
Exchange Server Information Store)
[4608]  rcmain(758): begin_mb_item_recover() failed with status =
0x8004011d 

sounds like i need to have some credentials entered in a client field
somewhere, or?...

any help greatly appreciated, thanx
