I have a MSCS configuration that working with savesets of 'All' in both
the physical node and virtual node Networker configurations. The only
significant configuration notes are:

* physical nodes have a typical PC Networker config; no mention of
virtual nodes
* virtual nodes have their name and aliases in the Aliases
configuration, and *@<physical node> for each possible permutation of
physical node name in the Remote access field. In my case, that was
 *@dcs-file1
 *@dcs-file1.cs.uiuc.edu
 *@dcs-file1.ad.uiuc.edu
 *@dcs-file2
 etc...

Then on the physical nodes, you need to list all of the virtual nodes
and physical nodes in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
For good measure, I have the backups server in there too.

With this in place, savegrp -p on the physical nodes showed just the
physical node disks, and on the virtual node showed just the virtual
node disks.

I don't know why it's like that, or why it can't get that information
from DNS, but that's what seemed to work. EMC support wasn't much help
about that.

FWIW, I am running 7.1.2 and had to get a patched .DLL for the MSCS
client to support virtual nodes having subdirectory mounts as disks. (I
had an R:\Reports "volume" that Networker kept associating with the
physical node.) I know the patch was for 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 only, but I
don't have the patch number. The original case number was 3140800.
