This could be a hardware connectivity issue.
If this is a SCSI Tape Library, check if it is visible on the OS.
It should detect the Autochanger Robotic and drives separately.

nsrjb -vV
returns the following
setting verbosity level to `1'
nsrjb: Unable to open SJI device [email protected]. Check device, connections
and drivers.
nsrjb: SYSTEM error: No such file or directory.
inquire -cl does not show up the device. The robot is connected to Dell
hardware running Redhat OS.
rebooting did not help. Any help.
