Normally, "accept new sessions" is a datazone-wide level
and accessible (on/off) from server setup page.
It allows or prevents new backup/recover sessions to be
started and lets the current ones to finish.
It does not apply to a jukebox only.
 
If you want to perform same kind of operation
at only a jukebox level, set all of the jukebox devices
into service mode.

On which resource "accept new sessions" applies to?

I can't find it. It is within "NSR device" resource?
My server is a W2003 server with NW 7.2.1
