Much better performance on Unix than Windows. Just do a bootstrap and copy
the info down. Stop Networker and do a pkgrm for all 6.x legato packages.
Than do an add on the 7.1.3. Make sure you enter the correct path of your
nsr file system.

One of the reasons we are migrating is because we don't have a UNIX SA in
house any more and this box is pretty old!! But that would be worth a shot
just to get the media db...

try upgrading your unix server to 7.1.3. It will re-format your nsr.res
into nsrdb. Than take a bootstrap and recover to the new windows server.
Worth a shot.

Ehhh,

Lousy reading capabilities on my side...

If you don't want the config you could then try to recover the stuff from an
old bootstrap. Haven't tried it myself, but have been told that it should
work.
