[Networker] NDMP recovery fails

Dear All,
I have problem when restore file using ndmp , the error messages "'NDMP
Service Log: RESTORE: Could not initialize media" ,
my legato version is 7.1.2 and legato server is SF480 ( solaris 8), backup
Netapp using ndmp license. Can somebody help me to solve the problem?
