When we see this we check two things. The port that this server is
connected to and the server. Make sure they are set at 100 full duplex.
If they are not set like this we see what you are describing. Hope this
helps.

Subject: [Networker] windows backup goes slow and fails

Hi,
I have a particular WinXP machine on my network that does
start the backup, but after a little while the speed becomes
ridiculusly slow (a few kb/s) and eventualy idles. The save
fails after some time passes.

Does anyone has seen this before?

Cheers,
Athanasios
