Hi,
Label the tapes with the jukebox configured to accept Barcodes and barcode
labels fixed on the tapes.
Subsequently, inventories would only have the bar code reader reading the
bar code on the tape without moving the tape to the drives.

Subject: [Networker] labeling tapes
I have barcode labels on my tapes. It appears that
when an inventory is run, all tapes are loaded into
drives and checked for labels. Is this the default
behavior and if not, how can you prevent this from occuring?
