Hello everyone,

My index directory is located at /misc/nsr/index. If I cp -rp it
to say, /var/index and then make a symlink in the /misc/nsr
directory to point to /var/index, would networker be able to function
correctly?

Yes, but the official way to do this is to follow the directions that Legato recommends. Specifically, in each client entry, change the index path field to point to the new directory /var/index then shutdown the NetWorker daemons and cp the files over, then restart NetWorker and for each client who's index you moved, run an nsrck -c against it.
