I can't comment on inaccuracies. I do know that NMC had the lowest bug rate of 
any product in Legato.
 
Legato/EMC have indeed kept up development, and NMC is THE GUI for NetWorker in 
7.3

If its free use it, if you have to pay for it , look for alternatives, like 
tek-tools.
Bocada is not very usefull.
I have heard that Legato gives it away free if you are new costomer, not if 
you are existing one.
it's inaccurate at times, i dont think Legato has kept up the development 
on it for years.
Use it for what it can do for you--my Openion unrealable.
