Lets say that I have a client in the group that is misconfigured or
'broke'.  I start the group with nsradmin.

The group status is 'running', but if the client does not respond after
awhile, the status turns to 'idle'.   The group still shows as active on
the GUI.  If I check completion at this point, the report is for the
previous backup (before I added this client).  I guess this is because
the group really isn't finished.



I need to be able to determine if the group is finished.
