Have just heard that there's a 'request for enhancement' (LGTpa55344)
with engineering for a fix for this problem of 'path too long' when backing up 
with the Netware 7.2 client.

Not clear yet whether this will also address the problem with long file names 
containing utf8 characters as posted here last week.
