hello world.
I run any L700 with IBM LTO1-FC , so I recommend not to use this feature
DWWN. This feature does not support AL-PA devices

We are also using this feature on our L700e w/ 6 IBM LTO-1 for the same
reason. Ease of not having to re-configure the zones each time a drive is
replaced ( at least 2 a month) or STK wants to swap drives slots for problem
diagnosis.
We are also having the same probem as Tim with the drives going into a
"configuration loop " after it has been power cycled.
According to STK there is a bug in the L700 code that is the cause . We
were to advised to go to "3.09.00" from 3.07.00 which " fixes this
problem." . After having the code loaded this afternoon the problem is stll
there. A few phone calls later I was told 3.09 does not fix this problem but
it is resolved in 3.10.00 which will be available "SOON".
