Hi,

I can't help with your problem but these are my resluts so far.
I have found that with these configurations - 

1.
NW65SP3 servers
Client 7.2
Networker 6.1.4 running on Solaris

Backs-up and recovers cleanly with no errors, a vast improvement on client 4.22.


2.
NW65SP3 servers
Client 7.2
Networker 7.2.1 running on Solaris

Fails to back up, gives error -

 --- Unsuccessful Save Sets ---
 
 * matchless:All 1 retry attempted
 * matchless:All nsrexec: authtype 
 * matchless:All No such file or directory
 
 --- Successful Save Sets ---
 
:index:matchless: No full backups of this save set were found in the media
database; performing a full backup
: index:matchless         level=full,      1 KB 00:00:56      2 files


3.
NW65SP3 servers
Client 4.22
Networker 7.2.1 running on Solaris

Appears to have no trouble backing up, not tested recover.

I would like to have client 7.2 successfully backing up to Networker 7.2.1,
is anybody out there managing that?
