indicates that we were trying to look up your Exchange Server's entry in the
Active Directory (in the Global Catalog) and were not able to find it.  (We
were trying to find the legacyExchangeDN of the server, which we will need
for MAPI.  The status 0x00005012 corresponds to S_ADS_NOMORE_ROWS.)

This means that there is some unhealthiness in Active Directory and/or DNS
in this environment.  You might be able to find other messages in the Event
Viewer to help you find the problem.

I'm having problems backing up Exchange 2003 individual mailboxes. 
According to the Exchange guy all the permissions have been set for this 
userid as specified in the exchange module manual. Below is the error
