What libary firmware level is it? What drive firmware?
We have Library 3.07 (3.08 is out from STK wuth LTO3 support)
Our IBM LTO2's are 4C60 (STK has 53Y2 on their website).
Are you saying that library 3.03 may not like the drive 4C60 ?
No STK support contract? I can look around for CDs.
