Hi,

I'm mapping out the configuration of our NetWorker server to use DDS
more extensively (we use it now, but in a very limited way). I notice
that the "target sessions" attribute is listed in each device
definition. Will it cause problems if the target sessions value is
different for different definitions of the same physical tape drive?

For example:

srv1:/dev/rmt/0cbn and srv2:\\.\Tape0 are the same physical device

Leave the "target sessions" for srv1:/dev/rmt/0cbn at the default of 4

Set the "target sessions" for srv2:\\.\Tape0 to 1

Will this cause a problem? Or can this value be "tuned" for different
uses of the same drive(s).

Thanks.

Teresa
