Go under manage pools, edit the pool that you are talking about (I don't
know of a global feature that would affect all pools), and on the 2nd tab -
preferences, there is a switch "Recycle to other pools".   Yes, or no are
the only options.  There is another option "Recycle from other pools".

Under the Volume Tab, Recycle options they are set to Auto.  I know this
must be a simple switch somewhere.  I am just not seeing it.
