Hello Itzik,
If your tapes are expired/recyclable replace the Y with R in your
command. This will re-label the tape instead of just labeling! If just
labeling, indeed there is already such a volume in the media database.
Thanks for this information! OK, then some behaviour must have changed.
But this is not the problem, even auto-recycling fails:

Could it be that this is a bug? Hmm, I will delete the jukebox and
reconfigure it.
