Olaf,
If your tapes are expired/recyclable replace the Y with R in your command.
This will re-label the tape instead of just labeling! If just labeling, indeed 
there is already such a volume in the media database.

Hi all,

I just did the update from 6.1.4 to 7.1.3 on Linux. So far, so good, but
when I try to relabel a tape manually, I get:

With 6.1.4, this was never a problem. Do I have to 'nsrmm -yd <volume>' all
my expired volumes now?

I only can guess that something changed. The block size perhaps? It was
always at default (LTO1 => 64 kB).
