If you  physically replaced a FC drive it might not be seen by the
Netapp or it has been assigned a new name.
"Storage show tape" will show you what devices are seen by the Netapp.
If you see node check your switch zoning.
If it has changed names you can use "storage unalias/alias" commands to
revert to the old name.
