Try running "recover" from command line. Something like this: recover | tee >
log file name
Then when the recover prompt comes up, you can enter the file name etc. and
that will save the output to your log file.

When I restore files for a client, is there a way to generate a log or file
that indicates what was recovered along with the date and time ? Sever is
running on Solaris
Any help would be appreciated
