A somewhat less dangerous procedure is to use nsradmin while Networker
is shut down.
When Networker is shut down you could use "nsradmin -d ....\nsr\nsrdb"
and you will not be restricted.
Whether you are mingling with the specific file or you use the procedure
above you should have a good understanding of what you do...
