This is just an information message, but is caused me a lot of problems
for a couple of weeks.

My backup of an Windows 2000 client on a Solaris 2.9 server Sun StorEdge
Enterprise Backup (Networker 7.1.2) has been failing for a few weeks with 
the following error:

        "Application popup: save.exe - Application Error : 
        The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) 
        occurred in the application at location 0x0044c757."
        
I traced it down to a users directory which had about 80 recursive 
directories
 G:\home\esofe01\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\
 www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\
 www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www, www)
chdir(www\)[G:\home\esofe01\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\
www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\
www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\www\

I found it by running the following command at dos:
G:\>save -s sun1 -g Default -LL -m windows1 -t 1116286366 -v -n -l incr -W 78 
-N "H:\\" "H:\\"

Hopefully my backups will work now...

PS.
I would put a call in to Sun, but there support for windows side of this 
product is a bit poor, but it could still be a Windows BUG and not Legato!
