All, this has been solved. There were 2 problems.
1) When I ran jbconfig, I had put just the name of the tape from the
Data Mover in the device slot, so that when looking at them from nsrjb,
they showed up as: drive 2 (rd=networker:c64t0l2) slot :
instead of: drive 2 (rd=datamover:c64t0l2) slot :
and
2) The tapes were crossed cabled somewhere, so that drives 1 and 2 on
the networker were actually drives 4 and 5 on the datamover, and vice
versa.
After switching them around in the jukebox resource the labeling is now
working.
