ISSUE 1:
OFM version 9.2.  I see Legato has documentation for version 9.4
released in May but I could not find it for download.  We are using
McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise.  There is no SQL on these two servers.

ISSUE 2:
We had already checked the speed and duplex settings.
