In my experience this list is very helpful and quite friendly. You are
most certainly allowed to request assistance, this is what the list is for.

I don't know what responses you may have had privately, but so far all I
have seen from you was a vague comment about error reports. This is not
likely to elicit many helpful responses. NetWorker is a VERY complex
product, much more complex than you might first appreciate. You would be
amazed at the amount of different ways that some users use it. Because
of this you should not expect anyone on the list to suddenly write you
an essay on the various options for reporting and monitoring of
NetWorker, which it seems you may have been looking for. No-one has the
time for that.

A more specific question should result in many helpful responses.
