I am trying to backup two instances of SQL on a non Clustered 2003
server which is running SQL2000. NW 7.1.1 and SQL module 4.0 is being
used. According to the manual you can only save one instance at a time,
so the two instances are set to run in different jobs. 

Because of the length of name of the second instance the command cannot
be entered in the remote option field. Have tried the following:

nsrsqlsv.exe -s backupserver -b Weekly  -i D:\\nsr\\bin\\jgrfile

The file jgrportal constains the following:

MSSQL$NAMEOFINST1\\restofname:

\\ was used since part of the instance has a slash in it.

In the gui MSSQL is used as the saveset name.

The above seems to ignore what was entered and only saves the first
instance.
