I think you have to use UNC paths from a properly privleged account.
Trying to do it as a drive mapping doesn't work.

And of course you have to do it as an explicit save set.  It won't
happen if you're using 'All'.

Take a look through the archives.  I see several postings about folks
doing it this way, but having troubles with restores.
