Hello,

Block level recoveries ...
When you recover a file at the file level : the recovered blocks can be 
directly written to the
file system at any position on the disk.
When you recover at the block level, each block has to be recovered to a 
precise position, which
is more time and resource consuming.
Try to recover to a new location and check the difference.
