[Networker] About ASR and Windows 2003

Hello,

I've installed Legato client 7.1.2 in a Windows 2003 server (our Legato
server is 7.1.2 running on Windows 2000) and after testing a full backup I
get the following error:

  w2003: C:\             level=full,    556 MB 00:05:44   7875 files
  w2003: D:\             level=full,    524 MB 00:04:11   9374 files
  w2003: K:\             level=full,   1034 MB 00:04:42      9 files
  w2003: SYSTEM DB:\     level=full,   7126 KB 00:01:14     11 files
  w2003: SYSTEM FILES:\  level=full,    396 MB 00:03:21   2427 files
* w2003:SYSTEM STATE:\ ASR System Files - AsrCreateStateFile failed - 0x3eb
* w2003:SYSTEM STATE:\ ASR System Files - Failed to create the ASR state
files
* w2003:SYSTEM STATE:\ ASR System Files - Error saving
  w2003: SYSTEM STATE:\  level=full,     16 MB 00:01:07     15 files
  legato_server: index:w2003 level=full, 8540 KB 00:00:09     28 files

I've searched this error in the Error Guide and it says:

1 - Must have privileges in C:\WINDOWS\repair and C:\WINDOWS\repair\nsr ->
OK, SYSTEM has them!
2 - Must have enough free space -> OK, more than 9GB free

The directory C:\WINDOWS\repair\nsr doesn't existed! So I've created it but
Legato continues failing with the 0x3eb error.

Any idea?
