[Networker] scsi timeout on RH AS 2.1

Hi to all,

 I have a problem with scsi on Linux server, from the begin,The environment
is so configured:

 

-library ADIC Scalar 24 with 2 drive IBM LTO Ultrium - TD1

 

-Networker Server IBM X345 with Linux Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1 (kernel
2.4.9-e.27smp)

 

-Networker Client IBM X345 with Linux Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1 - Oracle 9
- module Legato for oracle 4.1

 

He is able to perform regularly the backup of all the client except the
server. 

When he start manual or scheduled backup of data on the backup server, 

after some minutes the machine goes in an hang state. 

The available RAM pass from 1,5 GB to few MB. 

The saveset fails with error message "scsi : aborting command due to timeout
: pid 0, scsi0, channel

0, id 1, lun 0 Write (6) 01 00 ". 

 

What I did see is in the daemon.log is the following:
