I don't think you can. It appears it's a bug, and a pretty bad one in
my opinion.
You can try change a few files and then run an incremental -- as long as
your incrental is less than 2 GB, you will likely be able to browse and
restore (just) those files.
You could also try a saveset recovery. I'm not certain if that (too) is
broken for savesets > 2GB, but I think there's a higher probability that
that would work, since that bypasses the client indexes and just uses
the media database.
