Hi ,

2 different savesets (one is Oracle application Binaries and one is Oracle
data ) from the same client are backed up on the same physical tape.



When I need the data back  I start one recover process with the Oracle
application Binaries saveset and then a second recover process with the
Oracle data saveset.


The first recover (files) process starts and when the second recover (Data)
process starts , the first one waits until the second one completes and then
restarts until normal completion


If I start with the data saveset first and then the files one, then the
first one keeps on recovering and the the second one starts .
