They are available, but not from the public page.  There you can find only 
jumbo patch releases.
Since you will need to obtain update enabler, Legato should also give you a 
link to 7.2 then
(or reseller or whoever is providing you the support).

        We are planning on upgrading to 7 from 6.1.4.  While doing some 
investigation today I noticed that there are docs for 7.2 but no binaries for
