Ladies and Gents,

I'm looking for advice on backing up my
aging-but-still-production-for-a-while-longer NetApp F720 through
Networker.

We have only the CIFS license for it, no NFS.  It does not have any kind
of fibrechannel or recent SCSI card, so the backups need to occur over
the network somehow.

I do have a number of Windows and Linux machines that can mount this if
need be, though the more direct, the better.  I have all the licenses I
need for Windows, Unix and Linux clients, as well as a free NDMP license
(though I'd prefer not to use it, as that requires dedicating one of my
drives)

Any clever ideas?
