Can anyone tell me the meaning/workaround for the below error.

* kabini.xxx.com:All 5 retries attempted
* kabini.xxx.com:All nsrexec: authtype nsrexec
* kabini.xxx.com:All ld.so.1: /usr/sbin/savefs: fatal:
/usr/lib/libposix4.so.1: I/O error
* kabini.xxx.com:All savefs: exited on signal 9
