Martin,

AFAIK no special rights are nessesary for Legato Clients on Windows.
(this, or I have major problem with my backups, going back to '94...)

An 'access denied' can happen if the file is in use by some process.

Why it sometimes doesn't backup new files?!? That shouldn't happen :(
Can't think of any setting in Legato that would cause that to happen anyway.
