If I follow this thread correctly, we have those
without problems, those with problems caused by
bad media and those with problem and without a
clue what it is.  What happens when you put lus
to debug mode - what error message is generated
then?  Further, did anyone had analysis done with
SCSI/SAN analyzer (last one is expensive, but did
solve some mysteries at certain site that I could
see).
