Hi,
To day we are using networker 7.1 on HP UX IA64 and Pa Risc, but these
servers are dedicated storage node (on a San). The networker server is an
alpha tru64 5.1A and it manage a library MSL5026SL with 2 elements and 4
drives. 2 are on local scsi and 2 are on the San with networker DDS, the
robotic is managed localy by the server on scsi. It's a little strange,
but it works.

[Networker] Running NetWorker on HP's IA64 Platform using HP-UX
Hello all,
I'm looking for experiences (pros/cons) on running NW 7.x on HP
Integrity (IA64) based servers under HP-UX.
The current compatibility guide on the Legato website shows a very small
list of supported devices (all HP).
I'm a STK shop both robotics and 9840B san attached tape drives.
Basically, I'm running out of horsepower to support the single-threaded
NSRD daemon on the master server using the PA-RISC platform (750MHz CPU
today). The IA64 runs at 1.5GHz in the rp4640 for example.
Thanks in advance...Dale
