Hello

Here's what I have done:

1. Tapes labelled A10 and A11 were marked full prematurely
2. Further investigation shows that A10 and A11 are slightly faulty
3. Replaced A10 and A11 by:
   a. Delete A10 and A11 entries in nwadmin -> volume
   b. Load in 2 new tapes and label them A10 and A11

The new A10 and A11 work well. Okay, I would also like to use the old
(slightly faulty) A10 and A11 for less critical backup purpose. Now, I was
just wondering, if I were to re-label the old A10 and A11, will it delete
off the entries of the new A10 and A11 in the media databases, since the
old A10 and A11, while being read by the drive, will show themselves as A10
and A11, which are the labels for the new tapes!?

Is this a concern?

Thanks in advance for any help here.
