What are the settings on that pool? Is level set?

I have a group called "Windows Servers". I have a client who is a member of
the "Windows Servers". The pool "SE Full" has the group "Windows Servers"
enabled.

Default is always there. If none of the other pools match the backup,
it goes to Default. So some setting in 'SE Full' is not matching the
manual backup.

No.
