Slightly more accurately SunOS X.Y is the OS, Solaris X(.Y) is the OS and
the CDE enviroment considered as a package. So SunOS 5.6 is part of
Solaris 2.6 , SunOS 5.7 is part of Solaris 7 ( this was the time that the
Solaris numbering dropped the 2. prefix), and for those that remember it
SunOS 4.1.3 was part of Solaris 1.
